Size: cm 508 x cm 321 = 16,30 m2.

Workmanship: hand knotted on a vertical loom with asymmetric knots.
Density of the knots: 250.000 knots in one square meter.
Thickness: 3 - 4 mm.
Materials warp: 100% cotton, weave: 100% cotton, texture: knots 100% fine wool.
Design: with a "floral" curvilinear pattern.
The field of the carpet is decorated with elegant palmettes of ten leaves, alternated with lotus flowers with 16 petals.
Colours: ground: salmon pink called "dughi", border: dark blue.
Dating (Age): about 1890.
Condition/Maintenance: In the carpet there are many areas with worn hair (rapè) and two cuts of 21 and 26 centimeters.
The complete restoration of this carpet was estimated on June 27, 2019, by the EBE S.R.L. Company, Vizzolo Predabissi (Milan), Italy, in 2,150.00 euros.
Washing: the carpet has been carefully washed including the anti-tarmic treatment by the company EBE Srl, Vizzolo Predabissi (Milano, Italy), specialized in the cleaning and restoration of oriental carpets.
Private collection: Province of Pesaro, Italy.
